  • Don’t rush.
  • We don’t actually need to be good for a couple seasons.
  • Part of the new CBA says we need to be within 90% of the salary cap the day training camp starts. So we MUST spend money this off-season.
  • Do not bring on any player or contract that has the possibility of losing value over its tenure.
  • Anyone not named Wemby and Sochan [and personally, Keldon] should be on the table if they LOVE someone in the 7 to 15 range in the draft.
  • Things to look for in a new player
    • Leadership
    • Size (to play the 4 or 5)
    • Defense
  • Wemby will not play Center. Our centers are currently Collins, Mamu, and Bassey.
    • With Mamu gone, we need to get a center.
